Berlin Auditorium AV installation
10 December 2021 // 2 mins read
A worldwide management company appointed Runtech to design, supply and install AV/VC technology in their Berlin office.
The space includes a modern mini auditorium with raking seat steps in their open-plan office. The request was for the Town Hall style space to facilitate video conferencing and wireless presenting/sharing with a wired option.
Runtech installed one DTEN D7 75” ultra-responsive touch screen along the main wall. This award-winning solution facilitates collaborative meetings with a one-touch start to Zoom meetings. Included in the solution is a Sennheiser SL TeamConnect Ceiling 2 microphone which allows attendees to speak freely from anywhere in the auditorium. The Sennheiser “directional lobing” feature meant we could ensure all areas provided the same level of near-end audio pick up. Runtech also implemented Audinate Dante interfaces for seamless audio configuration. A Logitech Rally conference camera was installed on the back wall to capture the keynote speaker and the DTEN inbuilt camera is used for the near end participants. Although the client can make full use of Zoom’s inbuilt wireless sharing, a discreetly positioned HDMI wired input was included as a backup.
The above combined with the power of Zoom Rooms has provided the client with a high-quality, ease of use and reliable VC/AV solution which allows the client to make full use of the space available.
