After a highly successful 2022, we are looking to go hire a driven AV Business Development Manager to join our team at Runtech. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has prior experience working in the audio-visual sector. We are looking for an individual that can engage with customers, win new business, and assist with the implementation of projects on the client-facing side. Training is available for less experienced candidates.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with the core role of bringing new business and accounts to Runtech
What we are looking for:
- Preferential to have experience within the Audio-Visual sector or IT sector
- The drive to actively find new business and work towards meeting sales targets
- Strong organisational skills
- Customer engaging
- The ability to visit customers, determine their needs and produce quotations.
- Excellent presenting skills and IT fluency
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- The ability to work independently
- Commercially savvy with financial acumen
- A go-getter with drive, determination and resilience
Location: London
After a highly successful 2022, we are looking for an organised and experience AV Project Manager to join our team at Runtech. You will oversee the projects and delivery of all installations whilst managing and tracking progress. You will have strong written and verbal communication.
You must also have the ability to solve problems and have the confidence to make appropriate decisions without the need to escalate issues to management on every occasion. You will also be required to manage and keep regular contact with engineers.
This is a great role that would be well suited to an experienced AV professional looking to further their career. Training is available for less experienced candidates.
What we are looking for:
- Essential to have experience within the Audio Visual sector or IT sector
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent presenting skills and IT fluency
- Problem solving skills
- The ability to plan, schedule and oversee projects which include working on construction sites as well as completed sites.
- The ability to recognise where cost variations are required and to protect the project margin for the company.

After a highly successful 2022, we are looking to go hire an AV Commissioning Engineer to join our team at Runtech. The purpose of the role is to carry out the testing, verification, and commissioning of AV and VC technology installations for clients. The role will require working alongside Runtech’s engineers and project managers to ensure the solution works perfectly for the client.
This is a great role that would be well suited to an experienced AV professional looking to further their career.
What we are looking for:
- Essential experience within the Audio Visual sector or IT sector
- Technical knowledge of AV Control Systems
- The ability to produce system schematics
- IT Knowledge essential
- Dante knowledge essential
- Commissioning experience (Poly/Logitech/Crestron, DSP, Matrix, Videowalls, Audio, Touchpanel design etc)
- Customer facing
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- The ability to work independently
