At Runtech, we offer a range of support measures to help improve the longevity of your audio visual system. With an industry-leading commitment to client relationships, we carry on supporting our customers long after every successful installation.

We are different to other integrators. We prioritise quality, ensuring our team has the right skills and experience to meet the needs of our clients. With ongoing learning and development, our dedicated support team have the skills and knowledge to provide you with the assurance that we can deliver remote and onsite support when required. As part of our service, we also offer training. This training will help customers learn how to effectively use the systems we have installed. Also, we can teach local support staff to diagnose and report more clearly to improve the speed at that AV issues are resolved.

Our service includes our own installation as well as taking on the support of existing audio visual installations completed by other integrators. 

Taking the headache away from you

Audio visual system support services

Not every system is the same, so each client requires a different level of service. Our team create bespoke service contracts that align with your needs and requirements, taking into account your audio visual system. We can provide managed annual support which benefits our clients with 8-hour on-site response and planned maintenance contracts. These contracts are 12-month agreements with 2 and 3 year price breaks.

Each time you submit a service request, we provide you with a detailed report on the AV system and recommendations for future improvements.

Remote support

Our support team are on hand to provide remote support either by email, phone call, or video call to help resolve your issue. Simply submit a support request on Runtech Care.

Next day site visit

For issues that cannot be resolved remotely or if you'd like on-site presence, we can provide the next day (8 hours) call-outs to ensure your system is working as it should.

Preventative Maintenance

Our support teams will frequently visit your site to complete a full system test and ensure the firmware is updated. A post-visit report is sent after visits so you can track your system health.
