Crestline has a modern seating area overlooking their four meeting rooms, which can be used for hosting visitors. Due to the varying meeting room size, we installed 55” and 43” LG commercial displays depending on the optimal viewing distance.

The client’s preferred video conferencing platform is Microsoft Teams with a BYOD option available. For consistency, Logitech was the chosen hardware. In the larger meeting rooms, we installed a Logitech Rally Bar Mini with a Tap Controller for one-touch join. To enhance audio quality, we installed a Rally Mic Pod. In the smaller rooms, a Logitech MeetUp was installed. HDMI & USB cables are available in each meeting room to provide a BYOD option. A Logitech room booking panel was mounted outside each meeting room. 

In the open-plan office, Crestline requested each desk had a large, curved monitor screen. Runtech installed 17 Samsung 34” curved monitors, three of which were in private offices. In each VC booth, an LG 32” display was installed with a Logitech Brio for video conferencing. A custom plate was installed below the display, allowing the user to connect their laptop to the display.

In the Tea Point area, we installed the client’s existing Clevertouch display. Additionally, a Google Chromecast was connected to the system to allow the client to play Internet-streamed content or TV apps.
