RunTech’s latest response to COVID-19 (23 February 2021)

23 February 2021 // 3 mins read

Following on from the latest COVID-19 announcement on Monday 22nd February, Boris Johnson has released his four-step strategy that could see restrictions lifted by Monday 21st June if strict conditions are met.

As and when new government advice is published, we review their guidelines to ensure we follow the recommend measures and procedures. This allows us to prioritise the safety of our employees, clients, and partners, whilst still delivering a high quality of service.

We will continue to operate with no disruption to our service, allowing us to provide project planning, delivery, engineering, maintenance, and technical support to our clients.

Our team will continue to work from home and will only travel when necessary, ensuring that we play our part in lockdown easing. Runtech will carry on hosting video conference meetings using Zoom and Microsoft Teams, to reduce the amount of in-person meeting. This will enable us to continue day to day running of our business with no disruptions.

If a member of our team starts showing any COVID-19 symptoms, they are tested immediately and will self isolate for 14 days or until they receive a negative test.

During this period, we will still be completing installations, site visits, and providing service and maintenance support where needed. Whilst doing so, our team will wear the correct PPE and maintain a safe social distance.

If you have any questions or wish to speak to a member of the team, please contact us.
