SERVICE AND PLANNED MAINTENANCE
We offer service and planned maintenance support to help improve the longevity of your audio visual solutions. This provides our customers with assurance that we can deliver remote and onsite support when required.
Our service includes our own installations as well as taking on the support of existing audio visual installations completed by other companies.
As part of our service, we also offer training. This training will help customers learn how to effectively use the systems we have installed. Also, we can teach local support staff to diagnose and report more clearly to improve the speed that AV issues are resolved.
With an industry-leading commitment to client relationships, we carry on supporting our customers long after every successful installation.
Our services include:
- Managed service desk
- Telephone support
- Ad-Hoc Service calls (non-contract)
- Managed annual support (8 hour on site response) and planned maintenance contracts (12 month agreements with 2 and 3 year price breaks)
- On-going user training during service visits
- Detailed report on the AV system and recommendations for future improvements.
- Management and handling of warranty and non-warranty repairs
