RunTech’s latest response to COVID-19 (6 January 2021)
6 January 2021 // 3 mins read
Following on from the latest COVID-19 announcement on Monday 4th January 2021, England have entered into a national lockdown following a surge of COVID-19 cases.
As a business, we continually review the governments advice to ensure we follow the recommended correct measures and procedures. We will continue to operate with no disruptions to our service, allowing us to remain providing project planning, delivery, engineering, maintenance, and technical support to our clients.
This will allow us to prioritise the safety of our employees, clients, and partners, whilst still delivering a high quality of service.
Our team will continue to work from home during this national lockdown and will only travel when necessary. RunTech will carry on hosting video conference meetings using Zoom and Microsoft Teams, to reduce the amount of in person meeting. This allows us to continue the day to day running of our business without any disruptions.
If a member of our team starts showing any COVID-19 symptoms, they are tested immediately and will self isolate for 14 days or until they receive a negative test.
During this period, we will still be completing installations, site visits, and providing service and maintenance support where needed. Whilst doing so, our team will wear the correct PPE and maintain a safe social distance.
If you have any questions or wish to speak to a member of the team, please contact us.
